Yoga, mindfulness and wine tasting

Keira is a qualified Yoga Teacher, having originally qualified 10 years ago in Hatha and Ashtanga. Since becoming a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, Keira’s classes have become about creating space in both the body and mind, by incorporating a balance of strength and relaxation to her flows. These classes will finish with a wine tasting session. There won’t be wine involved throughout the yoga practice, but at the end with learning mindfulness techniques alongside tasting wine. This unique approach retains the authenticity of the yoga practice, by keeping the wine tasting to the end of the class.
